Manage Time Zone, Hours, Days, and Intro Limits

Trust Home Loan has a wide variety of settings to manage your time zone, your work days/hours, and how often you want introductions arriving into your dashboard. For business hours, days, and time zone, these are hard filters, meaning you will not receive introductions outside of your prescribed business hours. However, for daily and hourly limits these are soft filters, meaning you could receive up to that many but you're not guaranteed to hit the maximum limit.
  • Log in to your dashboard at https://app.trusthomeloan.com
  • In the left nav panel, select “Settings”.
  • Near the middle of the main page you will see “Assignment Settings” - it looks like this:

  • At the bottom you’ll see “Block Intro Assignments”. If you toggle this ON, no intros will arrive for your account. It is a hard block. It’s colored red, and notes “Be careful!” because it should only be used when absolutely needed. AND, you must un-toggle it (turn off the block) to start receiving intros again. Use with caution!
  • Choose the “pencil” icon in the top right to edit or manage your assignment settings. This opens a modal window called “Edit Assignment Settings” - it looks like this:

You can set your Daily and Hourly Limits for introductions, Business Hours, Business Days, and Time Zone (time zone automatically adjusts for daylight savings if your zone has it).

Daily Limit - this controls how many introductions you want per workday. If you have 25 intros per month, for a typical month of 20 workdays you’d need 1 to 2 intros daily to receive your quota. So, you could choose delivery to be a maximum of two (2) per day and one (1) per hour. You would never receive more than 1 intro per hour and no more than 2 in a day.
Hourly Limit - this is a secondary control that allows you to spread intros across the daytime hours. For larger plans, or for those who like more intros to arrive faster, set a higher daily limit plus a higher hourly limit to increase the potential intro pace.
Business Start - this is when you are open for business (which means the time of day you want to start potentially receiving intros).
Business End - this is when you are closed for business (which means you don’t want intros after this time).
Weekdays - Choose “All” for 7-days per week, Monday to Friday for standard work week, or manually select specific days that you work.
Timezone - choose your time zone from the dropdown menu (you can start typing to filter). For US timezones, we recommend the following settings:
  • Eastern Standard → America/New_York
  • Central Standard → America/Chicago
  • Mountain (with daylight savings) → America/Denver
  • Mountain (without daylight savings) → America/Phoenix
  • Pacific Standard -> America/Los_Angeles
